Complicated

I have always felt dissatisfied with my weight, and I have always felt that I was overweight. I try not to over eat, however, I hardly exercise, maybe this is what makes me feel bad about myself, and feel as if I am overweight. The people that love me the most keep telling me that my weight and height are ideal for me; however, I think they are just telling me this so that I will stop worrying about the way that I look. I do not think I look fat, but I would like to be thinner.

I believe that women in general are concerned about their weight, and have more issues with their weight than men do. There are so many ways to get an ideal body shape, liposuction, or a simple diet. It is very important to try to stay at a healthy weight due to the problems that obesity can cause. Being obese will also cause problems when you try to go buy new clothes, you will have a harder time finding what fits and something that looks good.

I know there are many health risks to being obese, but it will also prevent you from being confident in yourself, maybe that's why I feel the way I do, I have very little confidence because I am a bit overweight.
